Non-polar hydrocarbon extraction is the preferred solvent for large-scale extraction facilities across the country. With low boiling points not only is it easy to purge, but n-Butane, Propane, and Isobutane extractions produce faster run times than other solvents allowing processors to create a large variety of end-products with less degradation through high temperature and pressure resulting in a higher daily laboratory throughput.
